FAQ: How can I view the videos?

The videos on all Harddollars websites are encoded in .mp4 and .flv formats.  Both of these formats can be viewed using Adobe© flash player or VLC open source player which can be downloaded here.  Most mobile phones can view the .mp4 format as well.  If you are unable to view the videos in the member's section, please fill out our help form and indicate which mobile device you are using so we can better help you.

 

FAQ: How do I cancel my membership?

Cancelling your membership is easy.  Right now the only credit card processor is CCBill.  To cancel if you signed up using CCBill, click on the grey bar underneath this caption that reads: "click here to cancel using CCBill".  It will take you to the CCBill interface where they will track down your subscription and you will have the option to cancel it.  Alternatively, you can visit https://support.ccbill.com/ to cancel with the credit card processor directly.

 

FAQ: I am having problems logging in to the member's section.

If you are having problems logging in to the site, please remember that the login is case sensitive. That means that 'PASSWORD' is different than 'password' or 'PaSsWoRd' or 'Password'. Check your caps lock to make sure it is not enabled. Also, you usually cannot see the characters being typed in to the password box; all you see is asterisks (*******).
